This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP
I am using PSP 12 but any version will work

BCA Template #1 by Me at Freebie Friends Scraps & More

Font of choice (I am using Bank Gothic Medium)
Tube(s) of Choice
I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac
U must purchase a license to use his artwork
U can find his work at AMI
? Filters Needed ?
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Ok now on to the tut !!!
This is a super easy one guys !!
Open up my TracyF.Designz-BCA.Template1
Delete my copyright layer
Change Canvas size to 650 x 650 (u can crop later)
Make the circle 1 layer active
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow with these settings
Make the rectangle 1 layer active
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow with the same settings again
Make the rectangle 2 layer active
Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat
Open up Tube
Copy and paste as a new layer, Position to the left
Go to selections, invert, then hit your delete key, selections, select none
Duplicate, mirror, position, merge down with the other tube layer
Change the layer properties blend mode to Luminance (L) and change the Opacity to 50
Make the strips layer active
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow with the same settings again
Open up tube
Copy and paste as a new layer, position
Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen tube if u like
Merge visible, Duplicate
Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur with Radius at 15
Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds with these settings
Add your name, copyright info, as well as your own info
Merge visible, crop and save as .png or .jpg
