Ok On to the tut !!!
Open new image-700x700-72dpi-white-we will resize and crop later
Open JosDZigns_TS_Blue_frame01-copy and paste as a new layer
Image-resize by 75%-image-free rotate by 10 to the left
Effects-3 D effects-drop shadow of choice
Layers-duplicate-Image-mirror-move up a little
Open your tubes or images of choice-copy and paste as a new layer
Place these layers behind your frame layers
Size and position to suit-erase any unwanted parts that overlap the frames
Open JosDZigns_TS_Blue_snoflakespray-copy and paste as a new layer
Image-resize by 80%-rotate and place into position
Adjust-sharpness-sharpen
Effects-3 D effects-drop shadow of choice
Open JosDZigns_TS_Blue_corsage02-copy and paste as a new layer
Place into position and add a drop shadow
Open JosDZigns_TS_Blue_frame04-copy and paste as a new layer
Position under the frame and tube layers
Erase the top art-Adjust-sharpness-sharpen
Effects-3 D effects-drop shadow of choice
Hide the background layer-Layers-merge-merge visible
Layers-duplicate-On the original layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 10
Effects-VM Extravaganza-transmission-with settings of 2, 0, 40
Add any other elements you like
Add the text of your choice
Crop and resize-Add your © information and name
That's it you're done !!
