OPEN NEW IMAGE 600 X 600

FLOOD FILL WHITE

NEW LAYER FLOOD FILL LIGHT BLUE

LOAD MASK FROM DISC AND FIND SIMONE'S MASK 22

AND CLICK OK

DELETE MASK LAYER AND MERGE GROUP

DUPLICATE MASK LAYER AND IMAGE ROTATE 90 RIGHT

MERGE MASK LAYERS DOWN

ADD YOUR TUBE AND PLACE WERE YOU THINK BEST

ADD YOUR NAME AND COPYRIGHT INFO

ON YOUR MASK LAYER ADJUST ADD NOISE

UNIFORM 40 AND COPY MERGED AND TAKE TO ANIMATION SHOP

PASTE AS NEW LAYER BACK IN TO PSP UNDO NOISE

AND ADJUST NOISE AND ALTER NUMBER TO 45

TAKE TO ANIMATION SHOP AND PASTE AFTER CURRENT FRAME

REPEAT LAST STEP AGAIN AND CHANGE NUMBER TO 50

TAKE TO ANIMATION SHOP AND PASTE AFTER CURRENT FRAME

SAVE AS GIF ALL DONE
