This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies Needed:

PSP AND ANIMATION SHOP (OPTIONAL)

Tube or tubes of choice. I used the awesome work of KEITH GARVEY, you can purchase tubes from this artist here:

Mask from SophisticatSimone MASK NUMBER 21 http://www.sophisticatsimonepsptutorials.com/Version5/Version5.html

Open A New Image 650 X 650 white

Open the Scalloped Holly Frame and resize 70%

Magic Wand Tolerance 20 and Feather 0 click inside the frame.Selections>modify>expand 6

Open Paper 12 resize 80% twice.Selections>Invert>Delete move the paper layer down below the frame layer.

Place your tube where you like on your frame and add a drop shadow. Also add a Drop Shadow to the frame.

Add any elements of choice and place where you wish

Open noel doodle and resize 70% place at top of frame. Add a Drop Shadow

copy and paste paper 11 or whichever you prefer and paste as new layer

arrange and send to bottom

Load Save Mask>Load Mask from disk. Find your Mask21 ok

add your name and copyright and all urls

if you want to animate then add your animation before saving as gif in animation shop
