OPEN NEW IMAGE 600 X 600 FLOOD FILL WHITE

ON THE SCRAP KIT X OUT ALL LAYERS EXCEPT

RING DIAMONDS,SNOWFLAKES,SMALL STRANDS AND LARGE STRANDS

RIGHT LEAVES AND LEFT LEAVES LAYERS COPY MERGED

AND PASTE AS NEW LAYER ON YOUR FLLOD FILL LAYER

GRAB YOUR MAGIC WAND AND CLICK INSIDE FRAME LAYER
MAKE SURE
ALL FRAME INSIDE IS SELECTED AND SELECTIONS

EXPAND BY 6

NEW LAYER AND FLOOD FILL WITH A DARK COLOUR FROM YOUR TUBE

SELECTIONS NONE

MOVE BELOW FRAME LAYER

ADD YOUR TUBE AND POSTION CENTRE OR WERE YOU WISH

ADD ANY ELEMENTS FROM THE KIT

AND PLACE WERE YOU WISH

ADD ALL COPYRITE,S AND URL,S

ADD YOUR NAME AND ON DIAMOND

LAYER ADD NOISE UNIFORM 70 COPY MERGED

TAKE TO ANIMATION SHOP AND PASTE AS NEW

BACK IN PSP UNDO NOISE AND REPEAT BUT ALTER AMOUNT

TAKE BACK IN ANNIMATION AND PASTE AFTRE CURRENT LAYER

SAVE AS ALL DONE
