Here is the tag we will be making and the supplies needed are:

I am using PSPX2 but any version should work
Your tube of choice or the one i used from Elias Chatzoudis at My PSP Tubes, please do not
use the tube without the appropriate license.

The filters that I used were:

Xero Fritillary
EyeCandy4000 Gradient Glow
Penta Dot and Cross

The Font i used was Will and Grace which you can download from Dafont HERE

Ok Ready!! lets go

Open up Missy's template #307 and delete the copyright and the background layer
Make the first black circle layer active and apply Penta Dot and Cross at these settings
Amount 50
Distance 11
Interval 2
Next make the pink circle 2 layer active , selection all float then defloat and add a new raster layer
Now take 2 colors from your tube to make a forground/background gradient angle at 45 and repeats at 3
now floodfill your layer with the gradient and apply Xero Fritillary at these settings
Granularity 5
Aggression 30
Tessalation 100
Variation 35
Selections none then Delete the circle 2 layer
Next make the white glitter circle layer active and adjust add remove noise,add noise at these settings
Uniform,Monochrome Checked.. noise at 100% OK
Make the blue circle 3 layer active and apply Xero Fritillary at the same settings as before .
Next make the glittered rectangle layer active and apply noise at the same settings as we did last time.
Now on the black circle layer and the pink layer apply Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow at these settings:
-Basic-
Glow width 3
Soft corners 36
Opacity 100
-Color-
White on the medium setting and the slider should be about half ways or so.
Now add a drop shadow I used :
Vertical 0
Horizontal 0
Opacity 100
Blur 2
Color black
Now we can add our tube ,copy and paste your tube onto your tag Im using the close up image that came with mine
I placed my tube between the blue circle layer and the glittered rectangle layer and moved it over to the left some. now duplicate your tube layer and move it over top of everything else .
Now with your eraser tool, erase whatever is overlapping on your tube, then give your tube at the bottom a drop shadow I used
Vertical 0
Horizontal 0
Opacity 50
Blur 5
Color black
Now merge visible and give the tag a very slight drop shadow, then add your name and copyright info
Crop your tag and we are done!!
