Spring Fever Forum Set
**Note**
This tutorial (as with all my tutorials) assumes that you have working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed

Tube of Choice I'm using the work of Jennifer Janesko which you need a license to use
you can purchase her work HERE
Scrap Kit used is Spring Fever which you can get HERE
Please be sure to leave some love when you download
Font of Choice I used Saginaw

Filters Used

Tramages Tow The Line
Eye Candy Impact Gradient Glow

The Tut

Begin by opening up element 46
Duplicate the image and close the original.
Using your magic wand, click in the center of the first frame then go to selections/modify/expand by 3
invert selection
Select the paper you'd like to use as a background, copy and paste it as a new layer
delete
be sure to drag the paper to below the frame layer.
repeat this process changing the papers for each frame section

make the layer for your center frame background paper active.
select all/float/defloat
copy and paste your tube as a new layer
arrange to your liking in the second frame.
invert selection and delete excess
you may have to resize your tube

before you go any further, use your selection tool to select your WHOLE canvas.
go to image/crop to selection
this will get rid of any excess paper bits or excess tube bits.
duplicate your tube layer
while on the duplicate layer
go to adjust/blur/gaussian blur at 3
play with the blend mode until you're happy
I ended up using overlay
change blend mode on original tube layer to luminance (legacy)

Make frame layer active
Copy and paste element 38 onto working image
resize by 45 percent resize all layers UNchecked.
arrange element to your liking in the left hand frame.
use my sample above as a guide.
duplicate your frame layer
make sure that one frame layer is over your element 38 layer
make the element 38 layer active
select all/float/defloat
mae the top frame layer active
using your eraser tool, erase the bits of frame covering the upper areas of your element
deselect
make the element 38 layer active
erase the bottom of the element that is slightly sticking out of the bottom of the frame
add drop shadow

select elements to decorate frame
resize and arrange elements to your liking adding drop shadow to each element

add text and copyright info

Now let's create the AV... this will be very simple
make your selection tool active
click the "custom selection" option
left and top set to 0 right and bottom set to 150
click OK
arrange the selection to the portion of the tag that you'd like to use as an AV.
copy merged and paste as a new image
duplicate that layer and go to tramages tow the line
play with the settings until you get a look that you like
change blend mode to overlay
Type the letter you want and add gradient glow of your choice to help it stand out.
add copyright info and you are done

I hope that you've enjoyed this tutorial
Thank you for trying it
