This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP
This tutorial was written in PSP 9 but can be done in any version.
My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all others can create with my stuff..

Supplies Needed:
Font of Choice

Frame "Heart Frame" by LouCee Creations at LouCee Creations!!!
U can get it Here!!!

Scrap kit "Oh My Heart" by Lacarolita's at Lacarolita's Designz!!!!
u can get it Here!

Tube of your choice - I’m using the beautiful artwork of Ismael Rac .
You need a license to use his work, please do not use his work without a proper license..

Mask Monti's Blinds Mask by Monti at Monti's Pixel Playground!!!

Eye Candy 4000 >Gradient Glow
Alien Skin Xenofex 2 Constellation

Let's Get Started!!!

Open frame , shift D, close original, canvas resize to 700 x 700 , we'll crop later.
Resize frame 50% twice,
With selection tool , set to freehand, select around heart to select inside of frame.
Set foreground to #590606 and background to #black. click on gradient tab, set to the following.
Angle 36 repeats 4 , .
Add new raster layer. fill with gradient..
Add noise at 39 , now go to effects, illumination > sunbrust with the following settings.

Copy & paste tube, with eraser tool , erase parts that u do not want to hang over frame., drop shadow tube and frame..
Deselect

Copy & paste bowheart2, resize , place and drop shadow,. see my tag for placement.
Copy & paste heart balloon 1, resize, place and drop shadow , see my tag for placement,.
Copy & paste hearts 3, resize , place and drop shadow. see my tag for placement.
Copy & paste flower 2, resize, place , duplicate, resize by 80 %, place & drop shadow., merge layer down.
Copy & paste butterfly 2. resize , place and drop shadow...

add any other elements that u wish .
Add ur name...
Please remember to add all proper © copyright info
Resize all layers checked to 600x600 .save as a png or jpeg file.
