This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP
This tutorial was written in PSP 9 but can be done in any version.
My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all others can create with my stuff..

Supplies Needed:
Font of Choice
Frame "Friday Frame Freebie by Jennifer Fox at Jennifer Fox Designs!!!
U can get it Here!!!

Scrap kit "Kiss Kiss" by Tracey aka Sox at Soxsational Scraps!!!
u can get it Here!

Tube of your choice - I’m using the beautiful artwork of Ismael Rac .
You need a license to use his work, please do not use his work without a proper license..

Mask Monti's Blinds Mask by Monti at Monti's Pixel Playground !!!

Eye Candy 4000 >Gradient Glow
Alien Skin Xenofex 2 Constellation

Let's Get Started!!!
Open frame , shift D, close original , canvas resize to 700 x 700 , we, crop later.
resize frame to 50%.
Change color Adjust , hue & saturation set to 0 & 0 , now colorize with # 590606 opacity set to 50% , adjust brightness set to liking to make it darker.
Now with magic wand, click the circle frame. new raster layer and fill with gradient

Foreground set to #590606 and background to #black
click on gradient tab and set to the following settings..
angle 36 repeats 3.
Select none

New raster layer, selections >select all, Copy & paste paper 8 into selections, select none.
Apply mask and resize 110%.
Apply Alien Skin Xenofex 2 Constellation with the following settings

Move the mask layer below the frame layer...
With selection tool set to eclipse select around frame to select the inside circle.
Copy & paste paper 2 as a new layer, selections invert delete.
Move this layer below frame layer...
Select none
Now Select again and copy & paste tube.
Selections invert, with eraser tool erase parts that u do not want to hang over the frame.

Copy & paste blood roses 1, place, duplicate , mirror and continue to do this and place as u like.. merge layers down to 1 layer. just the bloodroses layers.

Copy & paste heartwings 2, resize and place , rotate a little to liking see my tag for placement.
With magic wand click inside frame, selections modify expand by 3, fill with gradient.
Now go to effects> Illumination >Sunbrust with the following settings

Copy & paste Heart dangle, resize to liking and place, drop shadow.
Copy & paste pearls 2 , place, duplicate and move this layer below the heart dangle , now with eraser tool and on the top pearls layer, erase parts that r in the middle of the heart of the heart dangle.

add any other elements that u wish .
Add ur name...
Please remember to add all proper © copyright info
Resize all layers checked to 600x600 .save as a png or jpeg file.
