This tut is intended for those that have a working knowledge of PSP
This tutorial was written in PSP 9 but can be done in any version.
My tutorials are only meant as a guide , if u wish to use a different tube or change the colors etc , then please feel free to do so.I love to see what all others can create with my stuff..

Supplies Needed:
Font of Choice

Template # 317 by Missy at Divine Intentionz!!!

Overlays : CU OK Grunge Valentine Overlays by ScrappinCop at The Scrappin Cop!!!

Paper # 8 by Me
U can get it Here!!!

Tube of your choice - I’m using the beautiful artwork of Ismael Rac .
You need a license to use his work, please do not use his work without a proper license..

Mask # 192 by Weescotslass at Weescotslass Creations !!!

Eye Candy 4000 >Gradient Glow
DSB Flux >Bright Noise

Let's Get Started!!!

Open template, shift D, close original. Canvas resize to 650 x 650 , we will crop later.
Delete credit and background layer...
Minus down template for a minute..
Open overlay, resize to 600 x 600 , add new raster layer. fill with #C2347C, blend mode , Overlay.
Merge layer down.
Open Paper 8 that I supplied or one of choice,
Now bring back up template...
New raster layer, send to bottom,.selections >select all.Copy & paste paper 8 into selection.
deselect, apply mask,.merge group., move to top left with mover tool, duplicate , mirror, flip.
merge layer down.
Circle 1, selections >select all, float, defloat. copy & paste paper overlay ,selections invert, delete..
Thin rectangle , with magic wand click the blue part, add new raster layer, fill with #6f2b64, highlight original layer and hit delete, select none,..
merge layer down.
Apply DSB Flux Bright noise with the following settings.. 70 Mix...twice.
add gradient glow with the following settings..

Oval layer, select all, float, defloat, copy & paste paper 8 as a new layer , selections invert ,delete.
Add glow.
Circle 2, add glow ...
Circle 3, select all, float, defloat, add dsb flux Bright noise, same settings as above.
add glow again.
Raster 2, leave as is.
Small circle, select all, float, defloat, copy & paste overlay paper, selections invert, delete, deselect, add glow...
Copy & paste tube of choice, I used eraser tool and erased some of the legs at the bottom,. place her behind the words and small black circle, drop shadow tube.
Small black circle add glow.
Brush layer leave as is,.
Wordart, with magic wand click the letters that are blue and fill with #6f2b64.deselect and add drop shadow,

add any other elements that u wish .
Add ur name...
Please remember to add all proper © copyright info
Resize all layers checked to 600x600 .save as a png or jpeg file.
